About Velo Ops

Velo Ops (Emel Nurşah Gedik) is an operations and technology implementation partner for growing service firms. We build the systems that help legal, consulting, agency and other professional service businesses keep work moving without relying on one person’s memory, follow-up or constant intervention.

The work does not stop at advice. We review how the firm operates today, design the target process, configure the CRM, automation, tracking and reporting systems, document the new way of working, train the team and stay involved while the system settles into day-to-day use.

Velo Ops brings together tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Zapier, Make, APIs, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, call tracking and custom dashboards according to how the firm actually works. The goal is not more software. The goal is clear, transferable and dependable operations.

How we work

We begin by understanding day-to-day work and the handoffs between teams.

We identify repeated work, missing visibility and decisions that depend on one person.

We design, configure and connect the required system.

We document the process, train the team and follow real-world adoption.

Services

Velo Ops offers fixed-scope services including the Attribution Dashboard Build and the Sales-to-Onboarding System Build, as well as custom operations and technical implementation projects. The scope, timeline and price of custom projects are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Founder

Velo Ops was founded by Emel Nurşah Gedik, an operations and technology professional with experience in CRM, automation, process design and hands-on implementation. Emel leads projects end to end so that the person designing the solution is also accountable for making it work.
