1. Scope

This policy applies to digital operations, technology implementation, consulting, setup, integration, documentation and training services provided by the sole proprietorship of Emel Nurşah Gedik.

2. Delivery method

Velo Ops services are delivered digitally and remotely. No physical goods are shipped. Deliverables may include configured systems, access links, dashboards, automations, documents, training sessions, recordings, email notifications or another digital delivery method agreed in writing.

3. Start of work

Unless the product page or written proposal says otherwise, work begins after successful payment, receipt of the required access and receipt of the information needed to begin. A delay in client access, information or approvals may result in a corresponding change to the delivery timeline.

4. Estimated delivery timelines

Attribution Dashboard Build: approximately 30-32 business days after all required access and information are received.

Sales-to-Onboarding System Build: approximately 30-32 business days after all required access and information are received.

Custom Build and Fractional COO engagements: the timeline stated in the written proposal, order summary or service agreement.

Delivery dates are estimates. Third-party outages, decisions awaiting client approval, access issues or scope changes may affect the timeline. Velo Ops will notify the client if a material change is expected.

5. Cancellation requests

Cancellation requests must be sent to emel@velo-ops.com with the order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Before work begins: subject to applicable law, the client may request a full refund for services not yet provided.

After work begins: completed work, custom materials, configurations and non-recoverable third-party costs will be considered. Any refund will be calculated based on the portion of the service not yet provided.

After full delivery: without limiting statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming services, completed and accepted services are not refundable solely because the client changes their mind.

If Velo Ops cannot complete the service: the unprovided portion will be refunded or an alternative delivery plan will be agreed in writing with the client.

6. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where the buyer qualifies as a consumer under Turkish consumer law, the buyer may generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right beginning on the date the service contract is formed. Where the consumer expressly requests that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends, the exceptions under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation may apply.

If the buyer asks Velo Ops to begin work before the 14-day period ends, the checkout should collect a separate, explicit and unticked confirmation covering the request and its effect on the withdrawal right.

7. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will, where possible, be returned to the payment method used for the purchase. Velo Ops will notify the client by email when the refund decision has been made and submitted. The time required for the amount to appear on the card or account depends on the bank and payment service provider. Unless a shorter statutory period applies, approved refunds will be submitted to the payment provider within a reasonable period and no later than 14 days.

8. Third-party charges

Licence and usage fees for HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Zapier, Make, call-tracking tools, hosting, domains or other third-party services are not included unless the product page or written proposal expressly says they are included. Amounts charged directly by third parties and designated as non-refundable cannot be refunded by Velo Ops.

9. Scope changes

New setups, integrations or deliverables outside the purchased package may be treated as additional scope. Additional scope and any related fee will be confirmed in writing before the additional work begins.
